This is a 3 hrs trip from when you arrive at our dive shop. It includes:
• Snorkeling at 2 places in Roatan’s beautiful Marine Park
• Cooler with soft drinks and water
• Snorkel equipment, life vests and guide provided

If you have never snorkeled before we will help you get used to the equipment in the shallow water off our beach before heading out to the reef, which is anything from 3 – 10 minutes away. The coral is really beautiful here and the reef is as shallow as 8 feet. You can also expect to see plenty of exotic fish, hopefully a turtle and maybe some rays, eels, lobster and conch. Your guide will have identification slates and be able to point out all the interesting things.

What is the best way to get to Native Sons?
Native Sons doesn’t provide transportation to West End.

There are 2 docks here on Roatan. Carnival cruise line comes into Mahogany Bay which is 25 minutes away and taxis are charging $35 - $40 per person round trip to West End. Port of Roatan Dock is 15 minutes from us and taxis charge $25 - $30 per person round trip to West End. There are plenty of taxis at both docks so as soon as you arrive you can catch a taxi and come down to our dive shop.

What if I am not certified and still want to give scuba diving a go?

It sounds like the Discover Scuba Diving course is for you! This one day experience will cover essential skills needed to go scuba diving.
